Description of the Position:
The Advancement Student Office Assistant will assist with daily tasks and special projects within the Advancement Department.
Duties and Responsibilities: Special Projects as assigned, including event registration, meeting planning, and providing support with the 50th Reunion and Alumni and Family Travel. Document Scanning Data Entry Attend regularly scheduled check-ins with supervisor Answering Phones Creating and answering Emails Qualifications Needed: (Education/Experience/Skills)
Proficiency with Google Suites Willingness to learn departmental software Strong attention to detail, accuracy and procedures Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner Positive attitude, professional demeanor and ability to remain flexible Comfortable answering phones and having a conversation with callers
