Superintendent Opportunity
A well-established and respected diverse commercial general contractor is seeking experienced Superintendents to join their growing team. This company delivers a wide range of high-profile projects and offers both local and travel-based opportunities, depending on your preferences and strengths.
Locations: Madison/Janesville, Milwaukee, and Travel-Based Roles
Travel Requirement: Some roles require travel up to 1/3 of the year across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day field operations on active jobsites
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and materials to maintain schedules and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications
- Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and field teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and site logs
- Conduct regular jobsite meetings and provide ongoing progress updates
Ideal Background:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors across multiple phases of a project
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and documentation
- Proficiency with field tech such as Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam (or similar)
- Ability to travel up to 1/3 of the year (only for applicable roles)
