Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our car haulers (training provided; a commercial license is not required).
• Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure the vehicle remains safe to drive.
• Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Requirements / Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks; able to lift up to 50 lbs; able to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to obtain Notary within the first 90 days where required; state-specific requirements may apply.
• State-specific licensing requirements (e.g., Chauffeur's license, Vehicle Verifier license) within specified timelines.
• Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license; must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Shift & Compensation

Shift hours: 7am–5pm or 11am–9pm. Availability to work 7 days a week with rotating days off.

Starting pay: $24/hr; pay range $24–$26/hr; earnings growth via performance-based programs. Additional merit increases every 90 days and location-specific incentive programs may apply.
