About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with strong experience in CNC machine maintenance to ensure our production equipment operates at peak performance. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on solving mechanical challenges and collaborating with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair CNC machines including mills, punches, lasers, and press brakes
- Maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of production equipment: large bandsaws, welding machines, robots, hydraulic presses, broach machines, and gas ovens
- Work with mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, transmissions/gearing, and pumps
- Interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using standard mechanical trade practices
- Partner with operators and team members to resolve equipment issues efficiently
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and skill development
- Extensive hands-on experience with CNC equipment and industrial machinery
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with building codes (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and coordination
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently
