Soliant is seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a full-time, school-based contract position in
Ithaca, NY
for the 20252026 school year. This role supports a K-12 student population and includes some non-verbal students.
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply. Job Details: Full-time position
Full school year (September 2025 June 2026)
Caseload: 2030 students
Grades: K-12
Student needs: Disabilities and some non-verbal students
Follows standard school calendar
Responsibilities: Conduct speech/language assessments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide direct therapy services
Monitor student progress and maintain documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Communicate with parents and caregivers
Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid New York SLP license or eligibility to obtain
Familiarity with IEPs and school-based service delivery
Strong communication and organization skills
Pediatric/school experience preferred
CFs accepted
