A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with certification of clinical competence (CCC) is needed for an early childhood educational setting serving children aged 2 to 5 years. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders in early childhood students. Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the developmental needs of children ages 2-5. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each childs speech and language goals. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed. Provide education and resources to families to encourage language development at home. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote integrated support strategies. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required. Experience working with early childhood populations, specifically ages 2-5. Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication development in young children. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and educators. Ability to develop creative, engaging therapy activities suitable for early learners. Commitment to professional growth and collaborative teamwork. Location: Position based in Lewes, Delaware within an early childhood school environment.
