Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized occupational therapy assessments and interventions to support student development and participation. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with school personnel to promote student success. Adapt therapy strategies to accommodate the broad age range and varied learning environments of K-12 students. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based settings. Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with educational goals and accommodations in K-12 environments. Commitment to student-centered therapy and interdisciplinary collaboration. Location: Detroit, MI. Schedule & Details: Full-time commitment with 37.5 hours per week. Contract duration: full semester.
