An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a K-12 educational setting in Detroit, MI for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position runs from August 26th through June 13th, serving primarily an elementary caseload with some students beyond elementary levels.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 35 students, ranging from kindergarten through eighth grade, with occasional services to upper grade levels. Conduct individualized evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and track student progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support communication development and educational goals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all governing regulations and school policies. Desired Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in a healthcare or school setting. Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational environments. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. Ability to manage a diverse caseload and communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
