A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position is available in a K-12 school setting within a Supervisory Union in Windsor, VT. This contract role supports students across eight schools, primarily servicing PreK12 grades. The assignment requires travel to multiple schools, with most locations 15 to 20 minutes apart and the furthest approximately 50 minutes away.

Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services focusing on gross motor skill development and school-based interventions Deliver care both in-person and via teletherapy as needed Manage a caseload collaboratively with the district OT, with an approximate 50/50 split, totaling 50-55 students per caseload Work within a home health and healthcare environment framework to support student well-being Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience working with PreK-12 populations in school-based settings Skilled in teletherapy and home health occupational therapy Ability to manage a diverse caseload Competent in promoting gross motor skills development among school-aged children Reliable transportation for itinerant service provision at multiple locations This contract position began on August 27, 2025, and runs through the school year.
