Full or part-time remote role focused on delivering quality physical therapy services to students across Kentucky's educational system. You'll utilize advanced technology platforms to assess, treat, and support students with diverse physical and developmental needs. Treatment Focus Areas Gross motor development and coordination training Gait training and mobility enhancement Strength and endurance building programs Balance and proprioception improvement Wheelchair mobility and positioning consultation Therapeutic equipment evaluation and recommendations Key Duties Perform detailed virtual physical therapy assessments Create comprehensive treatment plans addressing educational goals Deliver engaging therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms Collaborate with IEP teams on student goal development Provide consultation on adaptive equipment and modifications Educate families and school staff on therapeutic interventions Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Qualification Requirements Doctorate in Physical Therapy from accredited institution Current Kentucky PT license with clean record Two years minimum pediatric or educational experience Demonstrated virtual therapy delivery capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of special education law and IEP processes Innovation Platform
