A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide specialized care for students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role involves working collaboratively within a supportive school team in the Canton, MI area to address speech and language development needs among diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress. Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional guidance regarding speech and language goals. Utilize both in-person and teletherapy methods to deliver effective treatment. Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Valid Michigan SLP license. Experience working in educational settings preferred but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply and will receive supervision if hired. Pediatric SLP background and exposure to teletherapy are advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff. Employment Details: Part-time contract position dedicating approximately 3.75 hours daily (18.75 hours/week). Serving K-12 caseload during the school year.
