A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a school setting in Dallas, GA 30132. This position is available for the remainder of the current school year, with a strong possibility of extension into the next school year. The role requires an immediate start.
Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, and communication disorders. The SLP will work closely with students, teachers, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Proper documentation and progress monitoring are essential to track student improvement and support team collaboration. This role requires a commitment to fostering positive student outcomes and a collaborative approach within the school environment.
Qualifications and experience:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working in school settings preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Immediate availability to start
Please note, Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and Voco services will not be utilized for this role.
