A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 elementary school located in Renton, WA. This is a contract position running from September 2, 2025, through June 16, 2026, with a standard five-day work week at 7.3 hours per day. The role requires onsite work, providing services directly to the student caseload.

Key qualifications and experience include: SLP credentials with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Pediatric SLP experience, particularly in a school setting Experience with teletherapy is beneficial but this role is onsite only ESA certification valid for Washington State is required Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates with strong skills and experience will be considered Must have expertise working with elementary school students Experience as an SLP in Washington schools (2025/26 certification) highly desirable No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or Voice/Communication Aides (VOCO) support available for this position at this time Responsibilities: Provide evaluation, assessment, and speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students Collaborate with education staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as necessary This contract provides an excellent opportunity for a skilled SLP who is ready to engage closely with students and education staff during the school year.
