Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs. Implement evidence-based OT interventions designed to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and classroom participation. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services and student progress. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional expertise on OT-related goals. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapy license to practice in Virginia. Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged students. Knowledge of federal and state education regulations related to special education services. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with children, families, and school staff.
