Responsibilities: Collaborate with occupational therapists and school staff to implement therapy plans tailored to students individual needs. Assist in evaluating students progress and adapting strategies to enhance motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with educators and parents. Support students in achieving functional goals to improve their academic and social participation. Qualifications: Current certification as a COTA in good standing. Experience working within a K-12 educational setting preferred. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to follow established therapy protocols and maintain confidentiality. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive school environment.
