Responsibilities: Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in delivering therapy services Provide direct intervention and support to students with speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student services and outcomes Adhere to district policies regarding student confidentiality and care standards Qualifications: Current SLPA certification or license, adhering to Washington State requirements Experience working with school-aged children is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Well-developed organizational abilities to manage caseload and documentation Ability to collaborate and work well within a multidisciplinary team Dedicated to supporting the needs of diverse learners in an inclusive educational environment Location: Selah, WA This position offers an opportunity to apply specialized skills in school-based speech and language support, contributing directly to student success.
