Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals Deliver therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication improvement Consistently monitor, document, and report on student progress and outcomes Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams to coordinate care and support Engage families by providing education and involvement in the therapy process Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure is required; must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while also functioning seamlessly within a team environment This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young students' communication abilities while benefiting from professional support.
