A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is sought for a K-12 school setting in Lacey, WA. This contract position covers the 2025-26 school year with an emphasis on delivering direct support to students onsite. Candidates located near Rochester, WA (approximately 25 minutes south of Olympia) are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications and Experience: Valid certification and licensure as an SLP or SLPA with experience in school-based speech therapy Recent graduates or those in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for SLPs are welcome to apply Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for K-12 students Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to onsite presence during the contract period Primary Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings for identified students Develop and provide targeted therapy interventions tailored to student needs Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to support student communication goals within the educational environment Work Location: Onsite services at a K-12 school in the Lacey, Washington area This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills in a supportive educational environment.
