Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Deliver targeted therapy sessions aimed at achieving speech and language goals Document and track student progress with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including educators, healthcare providers, and support staff Engage families, providing education and support throughout the therapy process Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in Washington is required This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students communication abilities while collaborating with a dedicated educational community.
