MondayFriday | Full School Year | Approximately 37.5 hours/week We are seeking a dedicated and motivated SLPA to join a collaborative team of professionals supporting students in a Sacramento-area school district. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity serving a diverse student population with a range of speech and language needs. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to implement therapy plans, support student progress, and contribute to a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP
Support students with articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social communication goals
Assist with documentation, progress monitoring, and preparation of therapy materials
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success
Participate in team meetings and ongoing supervision
Qualifications: Active California SLPA license
Prior experience in a school setting preferred
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Passion for working with children and supporting their growth
