A K-12 educational opportunity is available for a dedicated paraprofessional to support student learning and development for the upcoming school year in Providence, RI. This contract position offers the chance to work closely with educators and students in a dynamic school environment from the start to the end of the academic term.

Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and instructional support Provide individualized attention and support to students requiring additional help Support implementation of lesson plans and educational programs Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment Monitor student behavior and assist with classroom management Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Desired Experience and Qualifications: Experience working with school-age children in educational settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward student support Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team Understanding of diverse student needs and inclusion strategies Location: Providence, Rhode Island Duration: Contract position for the full academic year (NSY) This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a K-12 school while gaining valuable experience in educational support.
