Antitrust Associate Attorney

(Class of 2018–2020) to join its Washington, D.C. office. The firm is renowned for its deep bench of legal experts, including former government officials, engineers, economists, and authorities in international trade regulation and public policy.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside sophisticated transactional and litigation counsel in a collaborative, future-focused environment.

Position Overview The ideal candidate will have

5–7 years of experience

in antitrust law, specifically in

merger-related investigations and litigation , with demonstrated expertise in

analyzing and preparing HSR filings . This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in high-stakes environments and embodies the firm’s core values:

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support antitrust merger investigations and related litigation

Prepare and analyze Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings and related documentation

Advise clients on regulatory risks and compliance strategies

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across practice areas and jurisdictions

Contribute to thought leadership and client development initiatives

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school

Currently employed at a

BIGLAW Am Law 100–200 firm

Strong academic credentials and comparable law firm experience

Proven ability to manage complex regulatory matters

Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills

No security clearance required
