Key Responsibilities: Support classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment Monitor student behavior and ensure safety during classroom and school activities Collaborate with staff to implement student accommodations and modifications Qualifications and Desired Experience: Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality Patience, flexibility, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed Paraprofessional certification or relevant training is a plus Location: Paterson, NJ This role offers a meaningful chance to contribute to student growth and the overall educational experience.
