A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving a diverse K-12 caseload in an onsite school setting in Middletown, DE. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for K-12 students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student progress evaluations. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active Delaware SLP license and certification holding CCC-SLP credentials preferred. Experience or eligibility in pediatrics and school-based practice, including CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year).
