Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 3:45 PM Duration: Current School Year (ASAP start through June 4, 2026) Hours: 32 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students in grades K-6 Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor and modify behavior strategies Provide training and guidance to school personnel on ABA techniques and behavioral data collection Conduct functional behavior assessments and maintain detailed progress documentation Support compliance with state regulations and best practices in behavioral programming Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania BCBA certification required Experience working with elementary-aged students in school settings preferred Strong skills in applied behavior analysis, functional assessments, and data-driven decision making Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Benefits: Weekly pay with guaranteed hours Competitive hourly rate of $45-$50 Access to quality health benefits and 401(k) package This position is ideal for a dedicated BCBA seeking a stable contract placement within a supportive educational environment.
