$39.25 $58.75 per hour Schedule:
Full-Time, Onsite Position Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a qualified and dedicated Special Education Teacher to support a K3rd grade resource room for the 20252026 school year in the Silverdale, WA area. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on students with significant to profound behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience and specialized training to provide effective, compassionate instruction and behavioral support. Caseload & Responsibilities: Serve primarily 1st and 2nd graders, with occasional K or 3rd grade students
Provide instruction and behavioral support in a K3 resource room setting
Address significant and profound behavioral needs
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with general education staff, support staff, and families
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of school-based experience with significant/profound needs
Washington State Teaching Certificate with SPED Endorsement
OSPI Fingerprints (required)
Preferred training in CPI or Right Response
