Three Special Education Teacher positions are available to support middle school students in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. These full-time contract roles require dedication to helping students with diverse learning needs succeed academically and socially. The positions include one inclusion resource teacher and two inclusion resource teachers, each focused on providing tailored educational support within the classroom setting.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Duration: Contract, CSY (Calendar School Year) Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for middle school students with special needs Collaborate with general education teachers to provide inclusive classroom support Monitor student progress and modify instructional methods to meet student goals Communicate regularly with families, staff, and support personnel to ensure comprehensive student development Utilize assessments and data to guide instructional decisions Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working with middle school students in inclusive settings Strong knowledge of special education laws and best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment Benefits: Competitive weekly compensation (W-2) Health, vision, and dental insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with company matching CEU reimbursements to support ongoing professional development This opportunity offers a meaningful role in shaping the academic journey of middle school students with special needs, supported by a comprehensive benefits package.
