A school district in Santa Ana, CA is seeking two full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 202425 school year. These contract positions offer the opportunity to work onsite with students ranging from preschool age through 22 years old in a K-12 educational setting. This role is ideal for licensed SLPs passionate about school-based therapy, including candidates comfortable with pediatric caseloads and teletherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students from Pre-K through age 22
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Active California Speech Language Pathology license (SLP - CCC required)
Experience working in school-based settings with pediatric populations
Bilingual Spanish-English skills highly desirable but not required
Ability to work effectively with a wide age range and diverse caseloads
Knowledge and experience in teletherapy a plus
Candidates with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience welcome
SLPA experience in healthcare and school settings considered valuable
