Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students ranging from Pre-K through age 22 Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs Maintain accurate records and conduct ongoing assessments to track student progress Adapt therapy approaches for a wide range of developmental levels and communication disorders Qualifications: Active California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to work with students across a broad age range Bilingual Spanish-English skills are preferred but not required Candidates with qualifications in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, clinical fellowship year (CFY), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) experience will also be considered Location: Duarte, CA (onsite) Employment Details: Full-time, approximately 32.5 hours per week Contract position through the school year Benefits for Full-Time Employees: Weekly direct deposit Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with employer match Qualified candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply.
