We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join a supportive educational team in
Tracy, CA
for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This is a
full-time, onsite-only
position working with a diverse caseload of
35 students
across
TK through 12th grade . The SLP will provide direct therapy services, assessments, and collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to help students achieve their communication goals. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations.
Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Provide direct, one-on-one and small group speech therapy sessions.
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including therapy notes, reports, and IEP paperwork.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
Support students with a range of speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
Promote communication development through evidence-based practices.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid
California Speech-Language Pathology license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence ( CCC-SLP ) preferred
Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of IEP development and special education compliance
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be able to work
fully onsite
remote or hybrid options are not available for this position
