This position is for a Special Education Teacher specializing in Emotional Support for grades K-8, located in York, PA. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to meet individual needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth and engagement. Qualifications: Full Pennsylvania State Licensure in Special Education (Instructional I or II) or ability to obtain prior to start date. Experience working with students requiring emotional support services preferred. Strong knowledge of special education laws, assessment tools, and instructional strategies.
