LHH is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for a contract/temporary position in Downtown Houston, TX.
Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ENERGY RELATIONS COORDINATOR)
Type: temporary/contract (2 months, with potential extension)
Location: 100% ONSITE (Houston, TX 77002)
Pay Range: $20-21.29/hr DOE
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, arrive 6-8 AM – depart 3-5 PM
SUMMARY
We are seeking a personable and professional Energy Relations Coordinator to support the Owner Solutions Hotline. This role is responsible for handling a high volume of royalty owner inquiries via phone and email, researching account information, and ensuring accurate documentation in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
DUTIES
Assist and support the Owner Relations Hotline by answering a high volume of owner phone calls and responding to owner inquiries via email
Research customer information and take any necessary steps to follow up on actionable items
Perform any required system work in order to maintain customer information
Submit requests to various groups to update customer information such as Tax ID and banking information
Log customer phone calls and email inquiries in Salesforce
Perform ad-hoc requests as needed to provide support to the Division Order Analysts and team
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
2+ years of customer service experience required
Prior call center or division order experience preferred
Oil & Gas industry experience is a strong plus
SKILLS
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks from multiple sources
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP PRA preferred
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.29 per hour
