Deliver engaging and accessible lessons that promote academic and social growth. Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to ensure cohesive support strategies. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting teaching approaches as needed. Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student confidence and independence. Qualifications: Valid teaching credential with a specialization in Special Education. Experience working with elementary-aged students with various disabilities. Strong understanding of IEP development and compliance with special education laws. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential.
