Must be a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or comparable. Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of
Connecticut.
Skills & Abilities: Conduct
Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
and develop
Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate with
IEP teams , teachers, and families to support student needs. Provide
training and consultation
to school staff on behavioral strategies and implementation. Use
data collection and analysis
to monitor progress and inform decisions. Experience supporting students with
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
and emotional/behavioral needs. Knowledge of
PBIS frameworks
and inclusive behavior support practices.
