A part-time Occupational Therapist position is available to support elementary and middle school students in a school setting located in Hutto, TX. Responsibilities include: Providing occupational therapy services to 8 students (6 elementary-aged and 2 middle school-aged) Conducting 30-minute therapy sessions, scheduled 5 times every 6 weeks Collaborating with educational staff and families to develop goals and intervention plans Documenting student progress according to school guidelines and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Maintaining effective communication with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the educational environment Qualifications: Valid occupational therapy license and certification appropriate for school-based therapy Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in both elementary and middle school settings Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families Ability to manage therapy sessions efficiently within the school schedule and meet documentation deadlines Flexibility to start as soon as possible and maintain services through the end of the school year (EOSY) This position offers a part-time schedule and is ideal for someone looking to contribute to student success within a supportive educational environment.
