Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs across grades K-12 Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Assess students' functional abilities and design therapeutic strategies to enhance academic performance and daily living skills Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license applicable to the state of Washington Experience working with school-age children in educational or clinical settings Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy principles and best practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with educators and families Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently within a school calendar year Location: Bremerton, Washington Duration: Contract position covering the current school year (CSY) This role offers the chance to advance your occupational therapy career within the school system, helping students achieve greater independence and success.
