Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines. Participate in meetings such as Individualized Education Program (IEP) reviews and team discussions. Qualifications & Experience: Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington. Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and school-based interventions. Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and education professionals. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
