A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is sought to provide onsite support in a K-12 school setting located in Santa Rosa, CA. This position offers an initial contract from August 11 to December 9, with a strong possibility for extension.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and policies. Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLP candidates or appropriate certification/licensure for SLPA. Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings. Knowledge of current speech-language therapy techniques and interventions tailored for school-aged children. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred for SLP candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff. Location and Schedule: Onsite position in Santa Rosa, California. Full-time schedule ranging from 35 to 37.5 hours per week. Contract duration: August 11 through December 9, with a high likelihood of extension.
