A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide on-site services within a K-12 educational setting in Petaluma, CA. The position runs from August 11 to December 9, with a strong possibility of extension.

Key qualifications and experience: Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy Licensure or certification as an SLPA with relevant school or healthcare experience Ability to deliver direct speech and language therapy services in a school setting Primary responsibilities include: Conducting speech and language evaluations and screenings for students Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals Collaborating with educators, parents, and other related service providers Maintaining thorough documentation and progress notes according to district and regulatory standards Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to student success This position is a contract assignment offering 35 to 37.5 hours per week of on-site work. The role provides an engaging opportunity to support student communication needs within a dynamic school environment.
