Through the 2025-2026 school year Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized instructional support aligned with students IEPs Implement strategies to address emotional and behavioral challenges Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student growth Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Foster a positive, safe classroom environment that encourages social-emotional development Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification for grades 6-8 Experience working with middle school students in an emotional support setting preferred Strong understanding of special education laws, IEP development, and behavioral interventions Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage classroom dynamics and adapt lessons to student needs Benefits & Perks: Competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $34.52 to $48.63 Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement savings plan Weekly pay schedule Candidates will complete an initial phone screening with a recruiter before moving forward for school district consideration.
