A K-12 school located just 20 minutes outside of Boston is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to cover a maternity leave position starting August 25 through mid-November. This contract opportunity is ideal for an SLP holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or a candidate looking to submit a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) application.

Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12 Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school policies and regulatory requirements Participate in team meetings and professional development as applicable Desired Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) or eligibility to submit CFY/SLPA credentials Experience working with children in a school setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to adapt to caseload changes, details of which will be confirmed prior to assignment This maternity leave stint offers an engaging work environment in a supportive school near Boston and provides the opportunity to impact students communication skills during a critical phase.
