This role involves providing essential social work services within an elementary school environment, supporting students academic and social-emotional success throughout the contract school year (CSY).

Provide individual and group counseling to assist students in overcoming personal and social challenges. Facilitate access to community resources and services for students and families. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student well-being. Maintain accurate documentation and case records in compliance with school policies. Qualifications: Degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) from an accredited institution. State licensure or certification as required for school social workers. Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Knowledge of community resources and child welfare practices. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
