Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students educational and developmental goals Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals within the school environment Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to maximize effectiveness Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) credential with state approval to practice in Maryland Experience providing OT services in a K-12 educational setting strongly preferred Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and legal requirements under IDEA and Section 504 Excellent communication skills for working with students, parents, and school personnel Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining flexibility and professionalism Location: Annapolis, Maryland This role offers the chance to directly impact students educational journeys through skill-building and advocacy.
