A dynamic opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support K-12 students in Burnsville, MN, for the upcoming school year from September 2nd through June 5th. In this role, you will conduct approximately 50-60 psychological evaluations, primarily serving 6th-8th grade students in a mid-sized school of 550 students. If opting for full-time, you will take a leadership role by guiding the buildings Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) teams, also known as student intervention teams. Working closely with a dedicated group of teachers and alongside four other school psychologists within the district, you will be part of a supportive team focused on student success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments supporting student educational and emotional needs. Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective intervention plans. Lead MTSS teams to coordinate interventions and support services for students (full-time role). Maintain detailed documentation and compliance in accordance with district and state guidelines. Participate in ongoing professional collaboration with district psychologists and staff. Qualifications: Valid licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience administering and interpreting psychological assessments in educational settings. Strong communication and organizational skills.
