Location: Belton, TXWork Hours: 37.5 hours per weekSetting: K-12 SchoolCaseload: Mild to Moderate Qualifications and Experience: Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY) Experience working with K-12 student populations Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders Knowledge of interventions appropriate for mild to moderate cases Strong collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and support staff Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and screenings for speech and language concerns Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students within the mild to moderate caseload range Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required This role offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services in a school environment, contributing to student achievement and communication development.
