Key Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) Texas State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with a K-12 student population Knowledge of mild to moderate speech and language disorders common in school-aged children Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals Strong communication skills and collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language impairments Manage a caseload serving mild to moderate communication disorders across K-12 grades Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with educational standards Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required This position is a contract role with full-time hours during the current school year.
