A school-based occupational therapist opportunity is available to provide essential support for middle school students through the remainder of the current school year. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to middle school students' individual needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant educational and therapeutic standards Support students in developing skills crucial for academic success and daily school activities Qualifications and Experience: Valid occupational therapy license and credentials Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a middle school setting Strong understanding of school-based OT practices and regulatory requirements Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Location: North Hollywood, CA Position Details: Contract role for the remainder of the school year Full-time, 8 hours per day Interview availability this week This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support students development in an educational setting with a focus on practical, hands-on therapy.
