A full-time or part-time opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within K-12 public schools in Chula Vista, CA. This role offers clinical experience across a diverse student population, working directly with children and adolescents in an educational setting.

Key Details: Location: On-site in Chula Vista, CA Position Type: Contract, full-time or part-time options Caseload: Serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade Openings: 1.5 positions available For full-time candidates, the workload will be split between two schools Part-time candidates will work in support of another SLP Open to Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) candidates Currently, no SLP Assistants involved Qualifications & Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or appropriate certification Experience or interest working with K-12 age groups within school settings Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families Flexibility to adapt services across multiple school sites if full-time Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy tailored to each students needs Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district policies Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student progress regularly This position presents a rewarding chance to apply speech pathology skills in a dynamic school environment while making a positive impact on student communication and academic success.
