A part-time position is available for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide early intervention services in a dynamic early childhood setting focused on infants. Chula Vista, CA Key Responsibilities: Conduct Bilingual Spanish early start assessments in compliance with program standards Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to infants within the early start program Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized family service plans Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in a timely manner Participate in ongoing professional development and case conferences as needed Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working in pediatric healthcare and early childhood settings Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong oral and written communication skills Knowledge of early childhood developmental milestones and assessment protocols Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams Previous experience in early start or infant therapy programs preferred This position offers the opportunity to impact the developmental outcomes of young children at a critical stage while working in a supportive and flexible environment.
