A full-time virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to serve elementary students in a K-12 school setting. This contract role runs for the complete school year and requires providing 1:1 care as part of the student support team.

Location: Lehigh Acres, FL (remote work) Responsibilities: Deliver virtual speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students during scheduled hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Collaborate with educators and families as part of the students Individualized Education Program (IEP) process by attending and participating in IEP meetings Document student progress and communicate effectively with school staff to support individualized goals Maintain professional standards in all virtual interactions and therapy sessions Qualifications: Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in an educational setting Ability to provide 1:1 care and tailor interventions to student needs virtually Familiarity with IEP requirements and collaborative team processes Strong communication skills and capacity to engage young learners via virtual platforms This opportunity is contract-based for the current school year. Please note, if an in-person SLP is hired during the contract period, the virtual SLP position will be terminated with appropriate notification.
